Over the years, Michal has volunteered his expertise and knowledge in a range of different non-for-profit organisations such as the European Law Students Association (ELSA) and Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCOR).

Michal’s expertise ranges in a specialisation in litigation, practicing in a diverse range of sectors within insurance law such as property damage, motor vehicle, credit repair and hire claims, loss of use, demurrage, and diminution in value. Michal has a Master of Law (Hons.) from University of Bialystok (Poland) as well as diploma in law from Sydney University (LPAB).

Georgia has a Bachelor of Laws from Notre Dame University and is actively involved in all areas of law which the firm practices in and her wealth of knowledge is spread across all teams at K&M Legal, ensuring that the firm delivers real value to all their clients.

Anastasiya graduated from the University of Sydney with a Juris Doctor degree in 2023. Having completed her Practical Legal Training, she was admitted as a solicitor in May 2024.

An integral member of K&M Legal, Anastasiya provides advice to and assists our clients across a range of issues with a particular focus on insurance matters. Anastasiya regularly assists in the preparation of complex court matters, where she is required to prepare evidence for trials and communicate with clients in order to obtain a deeper knowledge and understanding into the complexities of each matter.

Anastasiya’s generalist experience across areas of property, consumer, commercial and contract law, combined with her personal and individual characteristics enables her to identify unique solutions or problems. Her skill set and evident ability from research to application, allows continued growth amongst a diverse range of practice areas within our firm.

In her free time, Anastasiya enjoys exploring new cuisines, traveling, and reading fiction novels.

Simi has worked alongside our legal team pre-inception of K+M Legal and continues to provide as a valuable member of our firm. Combined with her current undertaking of her Diploma in law through Sydney University, accredited by the LPAB, and a keen interest in legal advocacy, Simi’s growth alongside our practice is integral to providing new and innovative perspectives whilst supporting our legal team in a broad range of insurance and property damage matters.

In addition to supporting our legal team, Simi’s instrumental value to our firm and our clients is exhibited in her client facing capabilities in negotiations and settlements amongst interested stakeholders to maintain the best outcomes for our clients within pre-litigation disputes.

Tanya is currently undertaking her Diploma in law through Sydney University, accredited by the LPAB.

Taneeya is currently in her first year of studying a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Notre Dame Australia, learning the foundations of the law and fundamental legal principles. Taneeya is known for fostering positive environments and bringing together dynamic and analytical skills, with an ability to work independently and in collaborative settings.

Prior to her role as a paralegal, Taneeya developed valuable communication, organisational and conflict-resolution skills through a managerial role in the Hospitality industry.

Taneeya is always eager to embrace new challenges and approaches every endeavour with integrity and honour, cultivating a passion for learning.

Danielle provides consistent and valuable support to our firm day-to-day in providing exceptional outcomes within the claims sector of our insurance department.

Prior to embarking on a career within the legal sector, Danielle has held roles within customer service satisfaction. Danielle holds over 20 years' experience within fast paced administrative and customer service organisations, where her experience has allowed her the ability to deliver exceptional conflict resolution, efficient and effective strategies to positively engage with customers/clients from all walks of life and vulnerable community members, providing a firm foundation for her Position as a Legal Assistant.

Her critical thinking, people-centric nature, and compassion has afforded her excellent communication and negotiation skills. Danielle demonstrates key analytical skills in communication, client support, and operational team management. Danielle prides herself in gaining and maintaining excellent customer and co-worker rapport, she has the upmost integrity and professionalism for maintaining confidentiality.

Danielle holds an excellent record of adapting to an ever-changing role and job description and embarked her journey with us, collaborating her talents with our team, with high integrity and attention to detail wanting to help make a difference. Danielle strives to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and support to our office.

Angela brings with her over 20 years’ experience in customer focused administrative roles. She holds exceptional rapport with her coworkers within her roles and responsibilities, past and present, working alongside legal departments previously throughout her career.
